The lights of Downtown, a Tale of 2 Parks, photography classes, Japanese food, live music and farewell to Vancouver. πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦

Starting to feel rather Christmassy due to the festive lights of downtown Vancouver and the Tropicale Festivale at Queen Elizabeth Park. Our final couple of days included 2 free photography workshops in the Apple store – having fun with selfies; eating amazing Japanese food at Guu with Garlic with George and fabulous live music and dancing at Guilt&Co in Gastown. What struck us all the time was how polite and helpful everyone was especially on the fantastic buses apart from just one grumpy driver not allowing an old guy to play Christmas tunes on his harmonica! To hear every passenger thanking the driver when they left was a joy.

Final photo of me last time I was in Vancouver 20+ years ago!!

Next stop – Fiji πŸ‡«πŸ‡― !!!
